About the ClearVision-Adira Grant

The first round of the grant program is now closed. Come back in August!

The program, funded by a donation from ClearVision in alignment with the launch of its women’s brand, Adira, will award five grants of $2,000 each. There will be two rounds of grant opportunities.

First Round is now closed. Click here to be notified when OWA members can begin voting on a winner.

Second Round: We'll reopen the page for submissions in August for round two, featuring three grants.

A panel selected by OWA and ClearVision will choose finalists, with OWA members voting to determine the winners. Essays will be anonymized during the voting process to ensure fairness. (Refer to rules and eligibility section below.)

How to Participate

OWA members who want to participate in the ClearVision-Adira Grant Program should be prepared to share their experience and aspirations through a 300-word personal essay.

The Essay Prompts

  1. Please share your greatest challenge in the workday and how would you use this grant to overcome that.
  2. If you were to dream big, what skill would you like to attain that you haven't had time to spend on to make a difference in your career.
  3. Connect Inspire Lead: Working women are pressured with so many tasks, tell us how you would use this grant to help you overcome your stress and struggles.
  4. What is the most impactful achievement you have had. What is next on your bucket list, and how would you use the grant to help you get there?

First Round Submissions are Closed. Come Back for Round Two!
